Before every restring, your racket undergoes our comprehensive Precision Inspection™️ to ensure it is safe, structurally sound and ready for stringing.
Our inspection includes:
- Frame Inspection — Checked for cracks, fractures, impact damage and structural stress.
- Grommet Inspection — Every grommet is examined for wear, splits and damage that could affect string performance or durability.
- Structural Check — The shaft, T-joint, handle and frame are inspected to ensure the racket is in sound condition.
- Tension Assessment — We verify that your requested tension is appropriate for your racket and within the manufacturer’s recommended limits.
